Folk and modern dances "Rainbow"

Our dance circle is an opportunity for your children to develop various skills in different dance styles, such as ballroom dances: waltz, cha-cha-cha, jive, tango. We also study traditional dances (Moldovan, Ukrainian, Russian). What children learn:

• Self-expression and development of artist skills during public performances.
• Discipline and teamwork.
• Elegance, expressiveness and coordination.
• Understanding music, time and rhythm.

Each lesson starts with warming up the muscles, stretching exercises and gymnastics (learn to do splits, bridge, cartwheel), then move on to practicing dance moves. They learn dance routines that they later perform on the stages of our city.

To mention: The hours of activity are established in September, depending on the formation of the groups, according to the age of the beneficiaries.
