Table Tennis Section

The table tennis section is an extracurricular activity that aims to develop children's skills in this wonderful sport. Thus, through regular training, children improve their hand-eye coordination, reflexes and physical endurance.

Table tennis is an extremely fast-paced sport that tests players' reflexes and agility and requires good concentration and discipline, as each shot requires a specific technique. Through regular practice, children learn to be more disciplined and focus better.  

Even though table tennis is an individual sport, it can also be played in teams. Thus, children learn the importance of team spirit and fair play, respecting the rules and opponents.

Children can also participate in local, national or even international competitions and events where they can test their skills and gain experience in sports competitions. And for those with talent and dedication, table tennis can become a career in itself, with opportunities to participate in top events and win major prizes.

To mention: The hours of activity are established in September, depending on the formation of the groups, according to the age of the beneficiaries.
