Women's Volleyball Section

The Volleyball Section offers young sports enthusiasts the opportunity to learn volleyball under the guidance of coach Aliona Hariton, who is a member of the Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Moldova and has experience in training athletes for the national team.

In this circle, girls between the ages of 9 and 10 can sign up, but they have to go through a pre-selection by coach Aliona Hariton to make sure they have the necessary skills for this sport.

The children who are part of this section participate in intense and energetic training. These workouts focus on developing the basic skills needed in volleyball, such as serving, catching, passing and hitting the ball. In addition to developing the technical aspects of the game, children also learn important aspects of team and communication, such as collaboration and coordination with other team members.

Volleyball involves a lot of movement, so the workouts are designed to develop children's agility, speed and endurance. These physical skills are not only useful during the game of volleyball, but can be applied to other aspects of their lives as well.
