Free Wrestling Tournament in Cahul

On November 21, during the celebration of the Cahul Municipality Temple, a free wrestling tournament took place. The event, which was organized by the City Hall in collaboration with Sports School no. 2, attracted 32 athletes of different ages.

In the category up to 13 years old, the third place was occupied by Bogdan Arab, who received a live rooster as a prize. Ilie Pavluș, in the category up to 16 years, ranked second, winning a live rabbit. Applause and ovations from the spectators accompanied the victory of Mircea Bragagiu, who, having won first place, received a live ram.
